Vervent Card Headquarters

The Vervent Card (formerly Total Card Inc.) headquarters in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, was designed to retain a high level of security, protection for the facility’s on-site servers, and an employee-centric environment.

Key amenities of the facility include an underground parking structure, a protective generator room, and an abundance of natural light.

The architect and owner desired custom perforated sunshade fins to align with the large windows and mediate natural light while adding interest to the building’s exterior.  The material would not only require freedom in perforation design and color, but also needed to withstand the elements with UV-resistance and colorfast qualities.

The architect provided a custom perforation design, which Fundermax was able to fabricate in-house. This helped speed up the design process and allowed an intriguing design to come together more quickly.

Fundermax panels are UV- and weather-resistant, impact-resistant, and easy to clean and maintain, meaning that the sunshades will uphold their pristine appearance for the foreseeable future.
