Green Center for Student Success at Southern New Hampshire University

Hooksett, New Hampshire

Embracing their future-focused approach to higher education, the University and the design team saw an opportunity to transform the building from an energy liability space to a sustainable asset and create the first LEED-certified building on campus. The school's New England setting weaves throughout the design, with a palette that evokes fall foliage, and a new entrance canopy wrapped in rich wood tones.
How Max Compact Exterior Added Value

Fundermax woodgrain decors from Max Compact Exterior were selected to blend with this natural setting. Creek, Tyrol Pine, Taurus, and Voyager are the four different decors selected from the range, which give this project a harmonious combination through their different tones and patterns.

The HPL panels were installed with the Modulo fastening system in the exterior facade and extends to the interior, covering both vertical and horizontal applications. The exterior soffit flows into the interior ceiling seamlessly through a large window. Triangulated columns rise outwardly in all directions creating unique and striking lines.
