The Jade Residence

The Jade Residence is a multi-family building located in North Wildwood in New Jersey.

All the rainscreen façade used Fundermax's Max Compact Exterior phenolic panels. The exterior fences were also designed with a combination of colors of the same panels due to their durability and impact resistance.

Max Compact Exterior phenolic panels allow a restrained design with straight lines, bringing out the brightness of the façade through the use of white panels.

Max Compact Exterior HPL panels also add value through their resistance to impact, scratches, UV rays, weather, and graffiti while reducing the building's energy costs.
