Holiday Inn & Suites Houston North-Spring Area

Holiday Inn & Suites Express is is a mid-priced hotel chain within the InterContinental Hotels Group family of brands. Originally founded as an "express" hotel, their focus is on offering limited services at a reasonable price.

They opened a new location in Spring, Texas, and were looking for a wood-like design to accent their design as a trim to their exterior. On the hotel building, you can see various types of products paired with the facade.

An abstract wood-like design from Fundermax was used as a trim on the front and back of their building. Combined with the other products of the façade, the Max Compact Exterior phenolic panels invite visitors into their hotel and accentuates the entrance.

Originally the client specified a competitor, however, because EFI Panels is a Fundermax partner, they offered the client our phenolic panels as their design solution. In the end, they chose Fundermax panels because we met their design requirements and had more product availability.
