Columbia Sheraton Hotel

Sheraton Hotels and Resorts is an international hotel chain owned by Marriott International. They opened a new location in Columbia, Maryland, and were looking for a woodgrain for their wall siding and soffits to create a cohesive design. On the hotel building, you can see various types of products paired with the facade.

A woodgrain from Fundermax was used in the soffits and its contiguous sidewalls on the building. Combined with the grey tones of the façade, the Max Compact Exterior phenolic panels invite visitors into their hotel.

The Modulo fastening system allowed the project to be completed faster than that of typical concealed fasteners. With no parts visible from the outside, Modulo still allowed for a neat and clean design.
