Hauk – Production Hall

The new production hall replaces the original hall, which burned down in 2020. The new production hall contrasts with the original neoclassical façade of the Vilém Pelly spinning mill building, which had to be demolished after a large fire in 2020.

The historic spinning mill building (later the state-owned company VEBA) has been a local landmark for more than a century.

The task of Graphite Studio was to give a large new utilitarian façade of the production hall a human scale.

This unique and personalized design corresponds with the surrounding nature of the location and includes sharp diamond shapes that point to the company logo. They used a total of 538 digitally printed panels from Fundermax to complete the entire exterior façade.
